Contract Specialists, Inc. is located on Great Arrow Avenue, Suite 2 , between Delaware and Elmwood Avenue in North Buffalo. We are five minutes from the thruway and ten minutes from downtown. The Pierce Arrow Commerce Park is accessible by both car and bus and is bordered by two major bus and truck routes. Suite 2 is located on the 1st floor directly across the first Great Arrow parking lot on Great Arrow Ave from Elmwood. When parking in the free parking lot, our suite is labeled for your convenience on our front door.

From Interstate 190:

• If you are coming from the North/Niagara Falls: Take I-190 South to Rt. 198 East. Take Rt. 198 East to Elmwood Avenue (North).Elmwood Avenue to the fourth traffic light. Turn right onto Great Arrow Avenue. The free parking lot is located on your right and we are directly across the parking lot.

• If you are coming from the Southtowns/Downtown: Take I-190 North to Rt. 198 East. Take Rt. 198 East to Elmwood Avenue (North).Elmwood Avenue to the fourth traffic light.Turn right onto Great Arrow Avenue. The free parking lot is located on your right and we are directly across the parking lot.

From Interstate 90:

• You will take exit 51 West (Rt.33) to Rt. 198 West. Take Exit onto Elmwood Avenue (North). Elmwood Avenue to the fourth traffic light. Turn right onto Great Arrow Avenue. The free parking lot is located on your right and we are directly across the parking lot.

From The Airport:

• You will take Rt. 33 West to Rt. 198 West. Then you will take the Exit onto Elmwood Avenue (North). Elmwood Avenue to the fourth traffic light. Turn right onto Great Arrow Avenue. The free parking lot is located on your right and we are directly across the parking lot.
